We genuinely love pets. Grandy Cove was designed with furry guests in mind — not as an afterthought. Here's everything you need to know before booking with your dog.

- ✓Dogs may be on furniture with permission
- ✕No cats or other animals
- ✕Dogs must not be left alone overnight
- ✕Guests responsible for any pet damage
- ✕Owners responsible for excessive barking — dogs that bark excessively cannot be left alone

Dog-Friendly Beaches
15–30 minMany OBX beaches allow dogs before 10am and after 5pm during summer, and all day in shoulder season. Corolla and Carova beaches are dog-friendly year-round.

Corolla Wild Horses
45 minSee the famous wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs roaming free on the beaches of Corolla. Several tour companies take dogs in their vehicles.

Currituck National Wildlife Refuge
